PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, seeks to repeal the rules listed above as obsolete.

SUMMARY:

These rules are being repealed as obsolete since the final payments for losses have been made relative to the Contract Years covered by the rules.
