	The St. Johns River Water Management District announces a conference hosted by the Florida Chamber Foundation for the 27th Annual Growth Management, Energy, Climate Change and the Environment Short Course at which two or more Governing Board members may be present announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, February 22, 2011, 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 23, 2011, 8:00 a.m.; Thursday, February 24, 2011, 8:00 a.m.
