PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments to Rule 5J-8.003, F.A.C., are to adopt by reference changes to DACS Form-10700, Dance Studio Registration Package, Rev. 7/10.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rules incorporate by reference the Dance Studio Registration Package.
