PURPOSE:

The rule chapter governing Sheriff’s Training and Respect (STAR) programs is being repealed. Section 985.4891, Florida Statutes, authorizing STAR programs, was repealed effective July 1, 2010.

SUMMARY:

Repeal of the rule chapter governing STAR programs for committed youth.
