69V-80.002	Excessive Charges, Corrections
69V-80.070	Computations of Interest for Simple Interest Home Improvement Contracts
69V-80.080	Application of Payments for Home Improvement Contracts

PURPOSE:

Rule 69V-80.002, F.A.C., which relates to refunding excessive charges, is clarified to apply to sales finance companies. Rule 69V-80.070, F.A.C., is created to provide guidance regarding computations of interest for simple interest home improvement contracts. Rule 69V-80.080, F.A.C., is created to provide guidance regarding the method of applying payments for home improvement contracts.
