Post-licensing Education for Active and Inactive Broker and Sales Associate Licensees

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment deletes the exemption for a licensee who has a 4 year degree in real estate from the post-license education requirements.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment deletes the exemption from the post-license education requirements of a licensee having a 4 year degree in real estate.
