PURPOSE:

This rule implements the Entertainment Industry Financial Incentive Program (the “Program”) established in the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development by Section 288.1254, F.S.

SUBJECT:

This rule establishes a process by which production companies may apply for qualification and certification for allocation of Program funds.
