40D-3.101	Content of Application
40D-3.411	Well Completion Report

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to adopt and incorporate by reference a revised State of Florida Permit Application to Construct, Repair, Modify or Abandon a Well, Form No. LEG-R.040.01 (6/10) and a revised Well Completion Report, Form No. LEG-R.005.02 (6/10). The effect will be to make the District-adopted forms identical to revised forms proposed for statewide use by the Department of Environmental Protection.
