PURPOSE:

Rule Chapter 14-10, F.A.C., is being amended to update existing language, and clarify the requirements for obtaining and maintaining outdoor advertising sign permits.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 14-10, F.A.C., is being amended to incorporate recent statutory changes.
