PURPOSE:

The State Board of Administration, Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund, seeks to amend the rules listed above to implement Section 215.555, Florida Statutes, including the changes made to the law during the 2010 legislative session.

SUMMARY:

The rules and certain incorporated forms are being amended to reflect legislative changes to the governing act made during the 2010 legislative session, including a change in the Reimbursement Contract year date.
