Notice and Public Information on General Rate Increase Requests and Petitions for Limited Proceedings by Electric and Gas Utilities

PURPOSE:

To amend Rule 25-22.0406, F.A.C., to address notice and public information requirements for electric and gas utilities filing petitions for limited proceeding and to delete references to telephone companies. Undocketed.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address notice and public information requirements for electric and gas utility companies filing petitions for limited proceedings and for telephone companies filing requests for general rate increase.
