RULE:

55A-3.007

Failure to Attend Training Refresher Course

PURPOSE:

The proposed amendment requires county or city Veteran Service Officers who fail to attend a required refresher training course to demonstrate proficiency in the course material as a condition of continued certification.

SUBJECT:

The current rule gives the Department the discretion to require a demonstration of proficiency.
