Limited Licensure

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to incorporates the revised limited license application in the rule and to clarify the criteria for physicians who have been out of practice for more than 3 years.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment incorporates the revised form into the rule and clarifies the requirement regarding supervision for those physicians who have been out of practice for more than 3 years.
