Rules, Publications and Agreements Incorporated by Reference

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this rulemaking is to incorporate by reference a revised appendix to the Memorandum of Agreement Between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region IV, Superfund Division and the Southwest Florida Water Management District, which will add the Southern Solvents Superfund Site located in Hillsborough County to the list of sites under the agreement.
