Assisted Living for the Elderly Waiver Services Procedure Codes and Fee Schedule (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of proposed Rule 59G-13.051, F.A.C., is to incorporate by reference the Assisted Living for the Elderly Waiver Services Procedure Codes and Fee Schedule, July 2009. The proposed rule will create a stand-alone rule regarding the procedure codes and fee schedule.

SUMMARY:

The fee schedule provides fees for case management and assisted living services under the waiver and provides information to providers on the Medicaid fee schedule for the program.
