Overview



	The State Board of Administration of Florida (SBA) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 13, 2010, 9:00 a.m. (ET) – conclusion of the meeting

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, The Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida

Subject:	This is a meeting of the Trustees of the SBA to authorize the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund to file a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and, if no member of the public requests a rule hearing, to file Rule 19-8.028, F.A.C., Reimbursement Premium Formula, for adoption. The Trustees of the SBA may also address and take action on the need to raise additional revenue to fund the obligations, costs and expenses of the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund and the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund Finance Corporation. In addition, other general business may be addressed.
