PURPOSE:

Amend rules to incorporate forms used in the administration of the onsite sewage program.

SUBJECT:

Update references to forms incorporated in Chapter 64E-6, Florida Administrative Code. The Forms are used in the application for permitting, permitting, inspection, operation, maintenance and repair of onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems and in the registration and authorization of septic tank contractors and contracting companies.
