61-5.007

Disciplinary Guidelines for Unlicensed Activity

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to inform the public of the possible penalties for unlicensed activity and to comply with Section 455.2273(6), F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule will set administrative penalty guidelines for violations of the unlicensed activity statutes articulated by Chapter 455, F.S., and the professional practice acts administered by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
