PURPOSE:

The new rules set forth in this Notice of Development of Rulemaking implement the program for payment of extended unemployment compensation benefits authorized by Section 443.1117, Florida Statutes, and funded in accordance with the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation Act of 1970 and the Assistance for Unemployed Workers and Struggling Families Act of 2009.
