RULE:

64B15-6.0035

Physician Assistant Licensure Renewal and Reactivation

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to address continuing medical education (CME) for medical ethics.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment permits physician assistants to obtain CME in medical ethics for attending a meeting of the Board which addresses disciplinary cases.
