1S-2.041

FVRS Address and Eligibility Records Maintenance

PURPOSE:

This is the third workshop scheduled this yet to vet proposed rule language that codifies a number of practices and procedures as pertains to statutory requirements to conduct address list maintenance and voter registration records maintenance. These proposed uniform procedures are for the purpose of ensuring that the official list of registered voters in the Florida Voter Registration System is accurate and and current as to the addresses and eligibility of registered voters.
