PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to remove the language concerning the number of board members required to constitute a quorum because the requirements are set by statute.

SUMMARY:

Language concerning what constitutes a quorum will be deleted due to the fact that the requirements are already set by statute.
