PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to amend the rule to provide that, unless precluded for security or other substantial reasons, all inmates are scheduled to appear for assessments and reviews and inmates shall be notified a minimum of forty-eight hours in advance of an assessment and review unless an inmate waives the notice in writing.

SUMMARY:
