PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment clarifies the scope of practice with regard to injuries.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment sets forth a clarified scope of practice with regard to recognition, evaluation and preliminary diagnosis of injury for athletic trainers.
