Percentage of Gross Pilotage Assessed

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to require the state pilot associations to change their current methodology for computing the gross pilotage assessment from 8/10 of one percent to one percent.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will revise language to change the state pilot associations’ current methodology for computing the gross pilotage assessment from 8/10 of one percent to one percent.
