69A-52.003

State Fire Marshal Responsibilities for State Buildings and Premises; Plans Review and Building Site Inspections

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to adopt two application forms. The first application requests the Department to conduct a plans review pursuant to Section 633.085(3), F.S., to assure compliance with the Florida Fire Prevention Code; the second application requests the Department to conduct a building site inspection to assure compliance with the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
