Electronic Filing of Forms and Fees

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule requires the electronic filing of forms and fees through the Office of Financial Regulation’s Regulatory Enforcement and Licensing (REAL) System. This rule pertains to persons required to be licensed under Chapter 520, Florida Statutes, relating to Retail Installment Sales.
