	The Florida Department of Elder Affairs, Division of Statewide Community-Based Services announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	The purpose of the conference call is to provide an opportunity for Long-Term Care (LTC) Diversion Program providers to present input to the department on contractual, technical and operational issues involved in the delivery of services under the LTC Diversion Program.
