	The Florida Higher Educational Facilities Financing Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, January 21, 2009, 12:00 Noon – 1:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Campus of St. Thomas University, 16401 N. W. 37 Avenue, Miami Gardens, Florida 33054-6498 and with teleconference facilities available at: 1(866)578-5716, Conference Code: 0693839851

Subject:	The purpose of the meeting is to consider issuing tax exempt bonds to finance the construction and furnishing of the Fernandez Family Center for Leadership and Wellness, the Carnival Cruise Lines Science and Technology Building and Villanova Hall as well as the refunding of HEFFA’s 2003 bonds that were issued on behalf of St. Thomas University. This is a public meeting and interested members of the public are invited to attend either in person or by telephone.
