68A-17.004

General Regulations Relating to Wildlife and Environmental Areas

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment is to allow the use of licensed and registered motorcycles on Wildlife and Environmental Areas (WEAs) unless specifically prohibited by specific area regulation.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule would allow licensed and registered motorcycles on Wildlife and Environmental Areas.
