40B-3.411

Completion Report

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update this section of Chapter 40B-3, Florida Administrative Code, to require a latitude and longitude for each well on water well completion reports. The effect of the proposed rule amendments will provide for better identification of wells in the data base, and in turn, staff will be able to better assist with public inquiries.

SUBJECT:

This proposed rule development will require a latitude and longitude for each well on water well completion reports, thereby enabling staff to better assist the public when inquiries are made.
