Reinstatement and Relicensure

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to change the language so that the statement applies to both situations in which a person has been revoked or voluntarily relinquished.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment is regarding the relicense of contractors whose certification or registration has been revoked or voluntarily relinquished.
