	The Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Water Resource Management, announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	To receive public comments on amendments to Chapter 62-4, F.A.C., Permits, and Chapter 62-346, F.A.C., Environmental Resource Permitting in Northwest Florida. The amendments are required by Section 373.109, Florida Statutes (2008), to adopt new fees and minimum fees for environmental resource permit program activities conducted under Part IV of Chapter 373, F.S., and drinking water activities under Chapter 403, F.S.
