PURPOSE:

The new rules and rule amendments set forth in this Notice of Proposed Rule Development implement the procedures and policy relating to the federally funded Emergency Unemployment Compensation Program created by Public Law 110-252 and implemented in Florida through an agreement between the Agency for Workforce Innovation and the United States Department of Labor.
