	The Agency for Enterprise Information Technology announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, November 17, 2008/10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Subject:	State of Florida, Agency for Enterprise Information Technology announces a presentation of our Agency's proposed Operational Work Plan to be delivered at the State CIO Council meeting, to which all persons are invited. To enhance communication among state agencies, assist in identifying statewide enterprise information technology solutions, and assist the agency in meeting their statutory requirements. 282.0056 Development of work plan; development of implementation plans; and policy recommendations. (1) For the purposes of carrying out its responsibilities under s. 282.0055, the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology shall develop an annual work plan within 60 days after the beginning of the fiscal year describing the activities that the agency intends to undertake for that year, including proposed outcomes and completion timeframes. The work plan must be presented at a public hearing that includes the Agency Chief Information Officers Council, which may review and comment on the plan.
