Overview



	The Department of Environmental Protection announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 25, 2008, 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.

PLACE:	Geneva Wilderness Area Ed Yarborough Nature Center, 3485 N. County Road 426, Geneva, FL 32732.

Subject:	Draft verified lists of impaired waters for water bodies and water segments within the Middle St. Johns River basin. The draft verified lists are available on the Department’s TMDL website (http://www.dep.state.fl.us/water/tmdl) and will be provided upon request to interested parties by mail or via email distribution. The Department will accept written comments on the draft verified lists for a period of 30 days, ending December 3, 2008. Any and all written comments should be directed to Ms. Julie Espy, Watershed Assessment Section, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, 2600 Blair Stone Road, M.S. 3555, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2400, or by e-mail at julie.espy@dep.state.fl.us.
