Overview



	The Probable Cause Panel of the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board announces a telephone conference call to be held via meet me number. announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, September 11, 2006, 9:30 a.m., or the soonest thereafter (Portions of the probable cause proceedings are not open to the public).

Subject:	To conduct a private meeting to review cases for which a determination of probable cause is to be made and to conduct a public meeting to review cases on which probable cause has been made. If any person decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
