	The Florida Department of Elder Affairs, Division of Statewide Community-Based Services, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, November 13, 2008, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. E.S.T.

PLACE:	Department of Elder Affairs, 4040 Esplanade Way, Conference Room 225F, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-7000.

Subject:	Establish the Nursing Home Diversion Work Group. The work group will be made up of NHD contractors and interested parties. The purpose of the work group is to provide input to the department on contractual, technical and operational issues.
