PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to implement new legislation, HB 489 and 1141.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment to Rule 33-102.101, F.A.C., amends Form DC1-201, Invoice for Production of Records, to implement new legislation, HB 489 and 1141 and for clarity.
