Full-time Equivalent Student Membership in Basic Programs Beyond the One Hundred Eighty (180) Day School Year (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed as criteria for FEFP funding of Basic Program Courses beyond the 180 day school year is now determined by Florida Statutes. The effect is the elimination of a rule from the Florida Administrative Code which is no longer current.

SUMMARY:

This rule is to be repealed.
