19B-16.002

Application for Participation in the Program

PURPOSE:

Requires a contingent benefactor for an Investment Plan account to satisfy the same requirements as a benefactor. Provides that only one contingent benefactor may be named on an application for an account.

SUBJECT:

The rights and requirements of The Florida College Investment Plan’s contingent benefactors.
