Reinstatement of Null and Void License Pursuant to Section 455.271(6)(b) of the Florida Statutes

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to create the rule in order to implement Section 455.271(6)(b), Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The language in the newly created rule will provide instruction on how to reinstate a null and void license pursuant to Section 455.271(6)(b) of the Florida Statutes.
