14-8.003

Protection of Copyrightable Material (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Repeal of this rule is part of the Department’s overall goal to review existing rules and to repeal any rules that are considered to be obsolete or unnecessary. The rule is obsolete and not required by statute.

SUMMARY:

Rule 14-8.003 is being repealed.
