Underground Injection Control: Definitions

PURPOSE:

The definition for “municipal injection well” is being amended to be clear that only fluids that had first passed through the head of the permitted domestic wastewater treatment facility may be injected through the well in order for the injection well to be classified as a municipal injection well.
