PURPOSE:

The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is amending Rule 61J1-3.001, F.A.C. in order to implement changes to chapter 475, Part II of the Florida Statutes.
The Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board is promulgating new Rule 61J1-3.004, F.A.C. in order to implement new Section 475.6171 of the Florida Statutes.
