PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update this section of Chapter 40B-2, Florida Administrative Code, to amend the Minor Permit by Rule that regulates small landscape irrigation uses in Rule 40B-2.041, F.A.C. The effect of the rule development will set forth conservation measures for small landscape irrigation uses and develop consistency with St. Johns and Southwest Florida water management districts.

SUBJECT:

This proposed rule development will set forth conservation measures for landscape irrigation uses and develop consistency with St. Johns River and Southwest Florida water management districts by amending the Minor Permit by Rule.
