40B-4.3020

Content of Works of the District Permit Applications

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update this section of Chapter 40B-4, Florida Administrative Code, based on review of a proposed Application for General Works of the District Development Permit by Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The effect of the proposed rule amendments will be to provide for more efficient processing of applications by ensuring better comprehension of the subject rules.

SUBJECT:

This proposed rule development will codify an additional criterion for content for Application for General Works of the District Development Permit, and will provide for more efficient processing of applications by ensuring better comprehension of the subject rules.
