Dispute Resolutions and Appeals (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Pursuant to Department of Children and Family Services v. I.B. and D.B., 891 So.2d 1168 (1st DCA 2005), this Rule is invalid. Therefore, the rule must be amended to delete subsection (2).
