PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to update these sections of Chapter 40B-2, Florida Administrative Code, to modernize the existing rule language and incorporate a Water Use Permitting Guide by reference. The effect of the rule development will be to provide for a more efficient water use program by bringing the rule up to date.

SUBJECT:
