PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary language for the second and third offense for failing to comply with the educational course requirements for human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome.

The rule amendment will delete unnecessary language for the second and third offense for failing to comply with the educational course requirements for human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome.
